Staying at the Holiday Inn Port Of Miami-Downtown was a convenient choice before our cruise. the staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with early check-in and late check-out options. the location was perfect for exploring pre-cruise parties and Bayside Market. The hotel's housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring our family room was immaculate. the breakfast was excellent, although the waiters lacked friendliness. Despite the busy weekend, our room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. the comfortable bed was a bonus for a good night's sleep. We appreciated the proximity to Bayside Market and the ease of getting around the area. the friendly reception staff made us feel welcome. Overall, a great stay before embarking on our cruise adventure.
